The service department is very friendly and super helpful however the technician cut my wiring and left it ungrounded then zip tied it after I just had it installed. I have been researching the used vehicle market for the best deal since I have avoided a car payment in over 15 years. At first I was skeptical when Manager Joe stated I am going to take care of you and get you to drive this vehicle home today. He was is serious about his job and got me into the vehicle I wanted. Mark C is laid back and explained to me all my options. They got me financed with minimal money down and the interest rate was fantastic. I go between two local Jeep dealerships. When I went in for my last oil change I went to the "other" place. They told me I needed right upper and lower ball joints. I brought my Jeep in to you stating that for my last oil change I went to the "other" place. They told me I needed right upper and lower ball joints. I brought my Jeep in to you stating that the "other" place had made the diagnosis. I figured it was correct. I'm glad that the Turnersville team took the time to verify, or in this case, notice that the ball joints were NOT in need of replacement. Bob and his team made it so I didn't have to spend money on an unnecessary repair. It's nice to see a facility that cares instead of just being money hungry. More
