My Jeep was repaired through my warranty (I had it for a month and the radiator needed to be replaced). Upon inspection of the vehicle, a crack in the windshield was discovered, the rotors aren’t wearing pr month and the radiator needed to be replaced). Upon inspection of the vehicle, a crack in the windshield was discovered, the rotors aren’t wearing properly because of the brake pads. Advised to call the used car sales manager about those issues. He said to bring it in to look at it. Vehicle was brought in and was advised to return when service was open. The used car sales manager was called and he conveniently forgot about the discussion that was had and was asked who my sales rep was (It was Jack). Got left on hold for 30 minutes and hung up. No follow up at all. This vehicle is supposed to be a CERTIFIED Jeep. If it was certified these issues wouldn’t have been sold to me. Someone please follow up. More
