I came to the Jeep dealership looking to purchase a brand new Jeep Compass. There were some must have features I wanted in my vehicle; heated seats, Apple car play, remote start, and known mileage til empty. new Jeep Compass. Unfortunately, a day after I purchased my new vehicle, I realized it did not have heated seats (cold weather package) as promised by my salesman. However, I did contact the dealership and my salesman and other parties worked hard to make my vehicle purchase right. My salesman ended up getting me another new Jeep Compass and it included a few upgrades including power lift gate and a larger media console. I was satisfied with the extent my salesman went to make my purchase of my vehicle exactly what I wanted. In the end, I still left the dealership with a few issues. I think their finance process needs to be faster. When I went back in the second time to redo my paperwork, I had an appointment and didn’t leave for an hour and a half later. I found the finance manager to be rude and lacking people skills. At the end of the day, I would recommend my salesman to a friend not the dealership. More

Great experience working with Joe Rizzi and the finance team at Turnersville. Was looking for a 2020 JL Wrangler and came across Turnersville JCDR who had several Certified pre-owned 2018 and 2019 Wrangler team at Turnersville. Was looking for a 2020 JL Wrangler and came across Turnersville JCDR who had several Certified pre-owned 2018 and 2019 Wranglers on their lot which were effectively new as they all had less than 300 miles and still had the new car smell! Joe explained all the benefits of the vehicle and the Certified pre-owned program and we walked out of their with a brand new 2018 JL Sahara for a used car price. Great experience, highly recommend. More

Dealership uses diseptive sales tactics. Tell u they can't sell u used vehicle u want but can sell u new more expensive vehicle. Under estimates ur trade, tells u GAP INSURANCE is required, Chrysler say can't sell u used vehicle u want but can sell u new more expensive vehicle.
