Was very pleased with how things went, satisfy with my purchase. The one thing I was disappointed about was the fact that I set-up a test drive appointment, the guy I was supposed to meet with I never did purchase. The one thing I was disappointed about was the fact that I set-up a test drive appointment, the guy I was supposed to meet with I never did and if the vehicle a buyer is interested in is sold, it would be good for business if the customer was notified via text or email. Dishonest As an emergency room nurse who sacrificed my life to care for COVID19 patients, the Jeep Dealership had guaranteed me an excellent 2020 Jeep 1 month p As an emergency room nurse who sacrificed my life to care for COVID19 patients, the Jeep Dealership had guaranteed me an excellent 2020 Jeep 1 month prior and stated "You will receive a first responder discount and additional discounts for such." The day of my purchase, I was introduced to my salesman, Jack, who appeared to be a "grumpy salesman," I informed him that I wanted to test drive a Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep Grand Cherokee. After both test drives, I needed more information regarding the differences in the loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee compared to the Lareto model. He stated, "I already told you the differences before you drove them." I proceeded with caution and asked him to review the differences again. Then, I walked into the showroom where we sat down and began to negotiate the 2020 Grand Jeep Cherokee. He came back with the first negotiation of 0% interest for 72 months or 4.9% interest for 72 months. Obviously, I picked the 0% interest for 72 months based on my credit score of 702. He continued to go back and forth on the value of my trade-in, which is worth $3,000. After hours of playing games and negotiating the price, a 2nd salesman came over and began negotiating the price of the new car, trade-in and interest rates. Then, a 3rd salesman came over and stated "my credit was not good enough for the 0% interest rate for 72 months." I told him exactly what my credit score is and provided proof. He came back with an offer of 5.9% interest for 72 months. When I inquired about the first responder discount of $500, I was told that I do NOT qualify. On the website, it clearly states, "first responders, including police officers, fire fighters and medical professionals qualify for the $500 discount." He insisted that I do NOT qualify and would NOT recieve such offer. After 7 long hours of negations, watching employees smoke cigarettes, take lunch and dinner breaks, playing on their cell phones, cursing in the lobby, I was finally greeted by the finance manager who was extremely nice. When she asked about "gap insurance," I told her that I was given a quote of $4500 for gap insurance. She said, who told you that? I pointed to the salesman and she said that was incorrect. The cost would extend my payments for 3 months only. I was beyond exhausted (mentally, emotionally and physically) that I agreed on the terms. On Monday, I received a phone call from the manager, Mark, who promised to take care of the situation and provide a resolution. I never received a phone call back. Since then, I have called the dealership 9 times to get in touch with the manager, who is NEVER available. In closing, I will be sure to tell every Registered Nurse, Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Police Officer, Firefighter that you people are the biggest SCAM ARTISTS in the world. You can't even honor a simple $500 first responder discount. How shameful and low. Did you care for COVID19 patients who were dying to risk your own life? I don't think so. How disgusting and greedy can you get. More
Sales agent, Matt Smith’s incompetence is inexcusable. Without due diligence, he called my spouse and insinuated I was looking into trading in one of our vehicles behind her back. Needless to say, my dome Without due diligence, he called my spouse and insinuated I was looking into trading in one of our vehicles behind her back. Needless to say, my domestic situation has become volatile. The only response I got when I called back to inquire about the situation was Matt Smith made a “mistake” and that he must have called the wrong customer. Yasir, the sales manager, made no attempt to rectify the “mistake”, offering no reconciliation or reparation. Turnersville Jeep has very poor customer courtesy and has an ineffective response to retaining quality buyers with such negligence. More
