Rachel has been my service advisor since the beginning, and ALWAYS provides an outstanding experience - a good service excellence and follow-through. Rachel has been my service advisor since the beginning, and ALWAYS provides an outstanding experience - a good term to describe it would be "personable." My Jeep started to make a metal clanking noise, which was very difficult to diagnose. A Master Tech by the name of Dustin got involved. Like Rachel, his customer service is impeccable. He listens, asks fact finding questions, and doesn't make you feel like an idiot - his main goal is to get your vehicle back in tip-top shape. Come to find out, a nut and bolt just needed to be torqued to spec - something that wasn't done properly when I had my alignment done by an Independent Shop ( my mistake ). I love Jeep, their vehicles, and what the vehicles are capable of. A poor service center can sway a customer away from a brand. I don't have to worry about that at Tunersville Jeep...so thank you guys, for making ownership of my Jeep an easy and enjoyable one! More
