My initial impression was great, as their internet sales manager responded to my inquiry and went out to snap some pictures of a new arrival on their pre-owned lot. She sent me a link to an Autocheck, which manager responded to my inquiry and went out to snap some pictures of a new arrival on their pre-owned lot. She sent me a link to an Autocheck, which showed that the vehicle was accident and damage free! Great! I was ready to make arrangements to travel from NC to make a deal happen, as I have a check in my hand. I tried REPEATEDLY to connect with the sales manager the next day by phone, email, and text.... Finally, I called in and asked for someone else to help me, only to find out that the manager is off on Fridays. That's fine, just have an out of office email or voicemail! Having a backup on your day off is important! Anyways... FINALLY get connected with the sales manager the next day. Let her know what my OTD target was in order to try and make something happen, but was told that they absolutely will not accept anything less than full list price. After some back and forth, I decided that I liked the vehicle enough that I would offer full list if they would waive their $449 doc fee. Again, I was told "no". So, I thanked them for their time and was ready to move on. Shortly after, I receive an email from the sales manager saying "my apologies! Of course we can do that!". Ok.... reluctantly, I start coming back around to working this deal out, as long as they can provide me with a Carfax report. The reason for this is that I have seen discrepancies between Autocheck and Carfax when it comes to accident and damage reporting. Just wanted to cover all my bases. I am told "our dealership doesn't do Carfax... ONLY Autocheck". So, I went to their listings on Autotrader to see if this was true. It wasn't! I literally stopped counting "Free Carfax, provided by Turnersville Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM" after I hit about 15. Seems they like to attach the Carfax reports to only the cleanest of vehicle histories and Autocheck to the rest. I sent the sales manager SCREEN SHOTS of the Carfax reports provided by HER dealership, but she stuck to her guns... "we ONLY use Autocheck". So.... I sourced my OWN Carfax and found out that the vehicle I was interested in had been in at least 2 accidents, one of them being VERY significant. No wonder she didn't want to provide the Carfax... Whatever... poor experience all around. Take your business elsewhere. More

They were good till we paid then we weren't worth their time. All we wanted was the 2nd key to our brand new truck and they would ignore message and not return calls. Well. The jeep price was good, i know things are different with covid but after the fact i cannot get ahold of anyone to ask questions. Not the salesman, manager, finance director. The warranty was skimmed over and added in, luckily i did want. I don’t live close to this dealer but i probably wouldn’t go back to buy a car if i did. More

I purchased a Certified Preowned Jee Wrangler 2016. The vehicle was delivered with missing parts (hood bumper and soft top straps), a tor windshield wiper.
