The dealer was professional, I got my car at a fair rate and was able to have tax title all done in the dealership along with getting a certified warranty up to 100k miles on powertrain, I opted for one of and was able to have tax title all done in the dealership along with getting a certified warranty up to 100k miles on powertrain, I opted for one of their supplemental “platinum” plans that offers more protection. After speaking with the dealer service department and my local service department both said I could even lift my car 2in and put bigger tires on. Honestly everything I needed thank you. More

The people were very nice and accommodating. But it seemed extremely unprofessional especially considering the Covid precautions were nonexistent. half of the staff was walking around without their mas seemed extremely unprofessional especially considering the Covid precautions were nonexistent. half of the staff was walking around without their masks or wearing them loosely with their noses exposed. But mostly not at all. Then I couldn’t sign the paperwork because they were short staffed so I had to come back the next day and I experienced the same problem. And then two days later my brand new car broke down engine failed. So needless to say it was kind of a rather awful experience. More
