oil leaking in my brand new driveway after oil change. I had my oil changed (2) now since my lease and each time oil leaked on my new driveway (new house). I had to bring it back to Turnersville Dodge Serv I had my oil changed (2) now since my lease and each time oil leaked on my new driveway (new house). I had to bring it back to Turnersville Dodge Service where I bought my truck both times. The first time the technician never wiped down the residual oil that leaked all over the frame and engine so when I got home it ran all over my driveway over-night. The second time May 14, 2020 I had my oil changed and once again I went out to my truck and oil dripping on my new driveway. This time several areas. So therefore I had to bring it back again May 16, 2020 (Saturday) and was told the oil filter was defective and they performed another oil change. Once again I got home and oil dripped on my driveway which means the technician did not wipe it down. I had to spend (4) hrs. scrubbing and re-scrubbing my driveway and I now have permanent oil stains from a brand new truck in my driveway!!! I have enough issues dealing with the VA and Jefferson Hospital dealing with my Cancer Appointments and this just adds to the stress. Being I am in a lease with "Chrysler Capital" an "Excellent Customer" with "Excellent Credit" why am I scrubbing my new driveway with a new truck (twice now) since I bought my truck, no fault of my own. This will be considered when my lease is up deciding on a dealership to go into another lease. More
Very un organized no one knew what they were doing. I was called At 4 pm the day I was coming to tell me all my paperwork was ready. All I need to do as sign. When we got there nothing was ready. Had appointment at 10am, got out at 12pm. Oil change, rotated tires, bolts tightened on wiper blades. 2 hrs is ridiculous. new jeep gone bad The very day my wife and I picked up our new Jeep Wrangler, we made it about 30 miles when it took a crap. We got plenty excuses for three months, yes three months, to no avail. We never even got a call from anybody saying anything, you know were sorry for the problem, nothing. they were never even able to figure out what was wrong. they had engineers sent out to the dealer several times with no success. after several months of asking them to just replace the jeep....too no avail. then one day somebody called from the dealer and simply stated it cannot be fixed. then they walked away. still fighting to get my money back. it has been 8 months and still I wait .The worst. dealership I have ever dealt with More
