Took five visits to get one problem resolved, water leak from headliner on a five month old truck. Suroof had to be replaced twice. Had engine oil changed and wrong viscosity engine oil was put in engine fo from headliner on a five month old truck. Suroof had to be replaced twice. Had engine oil changed and wrong viscosity engine oil was put in engine for our climate according to the manufacturer's recommendation. Manufacturer recommendations should be followed, right? Thought this would have been a no brainer, but I was incorrect. The service center employees are very nice, but there is a definite issue with quality workmanship and quality parts. It was also questioned where I bought the vehicle, in reference to why I didn't take the vehicle to the dealership I bought it from. Well, 2300 miles, one way, of travel is kind of a bit too much in my opinion. I mean, if I had to drive from New Jersey to Idaho to get this fixed at a rate of five times to fix one issue, that would be 23,000 miles. Thanks but no thanks. People do shop around and people do move across the states, last time I checked. Don't need it to be rubbed in my face, you are a "Chrysler" dealership, you work on Chrysler vehicles, right? Wasn't aware of any requirements to take the vehicle to where you bought it, for maintenance purposes. Nice representatives of this dealership, but not impressed with end product. More
