Disappointing waste of time. Time for a loyalty change Was contacted by dealership because they need to get used vehicles on the lot. I was clear that both of our vehicles (both bought there) were not that Was contacted by dealership because they need to get used vehicles on the lot. I was clear that both of our vehicles (both bought there) were not that far into the loans. Got the typical, "that may not matter" speech. So I gave them payoff info, and came in on my weekend day off. After sitting in the dealership for three hours and try putting me into a wrangler I did not want, the finance manager came over and apologized saying it is too soon and will not attempt to put it through. Salesman, sales manager never came over to apologize fore wasting my time. Only them finance manager who used to be my sales guy. I do have respect for him. What makes me mad, was that someone should have told me that when I first arrived. I have bought 6 vehicles from them and all of them have had issues with paper hassles, and other issues. I spoke to one of the sales managers who claimed to tell me later on the phone, that he said it was too soon. This is not true, he gave me a figure based on a wrangler that could not even be found. I have been asked why would I stay loyal to a dealership, that brings you in for a mirage. Good question, I will be moving on and I will not in good conscience recommend others there. When I get my Wrangler, I will give another dealership my business More
