Brought my Jeep in for service Chris from service was outstanding. My Jeep had to stay overnight because of problems with it. He called me that day and explained the situation. He asked if it was ok to leave it there or if I can bring it back the next day. I kept it there and bright and early it was done. He called and explained everything they had to do so I could understand clearly. I would highly like to work with him again. More
Felt taken advantage of I was told over the phone the price would be $40 if they had a wheel lock key that fit or $100 if they had to cut them off. When they gave me the bill I was told over the phone the price would be $40 if they had a wheel lock key that fit or $100 if they had to cut them off. When they gave me the bill it was $150 , when i asked how did it jump from $100 to $150 they said we forgot to tell you that does not include the $50 for replacement lug nuts. “Oh i forgot” was a $50 mistake they made and cost me! Next time the price quoted is the price i am paying not a dime more. More
