Horrible Service/Customer Service I absolutely hate that I HAVE to go here because of my warranty. Every single time it takes hours. I am given so many free oil changes/tire rotations. Service call with test drive I brought my vehicle in for its oil change and tire rotation. The service check in and actual service was quick and painless. With that being said t I brought my vehicle in for its oil change and tire rotation. The service check in and actual service was quick and painless. With that being said there were some suggestions that were noted on my service report that were "Recommended" The 1st one was a tire balance and wheel alignment. If service would have come to me and say that it was needed to due tire ware I would have told them to do it. 2nd. I was on the paperwork to replace the air filter. a fuel injector cleaning and throttle body cleaning. and to replace the cabin filter and needs new wiper blades. I was told nothing about it until I saw the service report. Now I would have told them I would take care of that anyway, which has been done, but the one problem I had was that i needed a new cabin filter. Well after researching where this cabin filter is. My truck does not have a cabin filter. So how do I replace something I do not have? The test drive i took with Jarvis? He was a nice guy and was new to the company, only being there for a month. He was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was test riding, which for being new is understandable. But he was very nice and willing to try to work numbers in order to get me out of my current lease and in to another vehicle. I will continue to use the service department for as long as I have my truck from this dealer. More

Crazy fees at closure, missing set of keys for car, car not detailed properly, temp license not installed, when new plates arrived they did not have proper plate holder for front of car, maintenance light came on one day after purchase.
