Failure to contact me after asking about lease rates I was contacted by phone by Jennifer, the internet sales manager after inquiring about possibly leasing a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 days ago. I asked I was contacted by phone by Jennifer, the internet sales manager after inquiring about possibly leasing a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5 days ago. I asked her about the money factor, diminished value and incentives for this particular vehicle. She told me she needed to ask her sales manager and she would call me right back. Five days later and still no return call. I'm a very busy person and don't feel like spending my entire day off playing games with the salesperson at the dealership, going over lease rates. They obviously didn't think I was a important enough potential customer for bother them to bother calling me back. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. More
