Customers are not valued I bought what I thought was a new 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them. When I took delivery there where all wet forms shoved in the glove compartment, I on these forms I learned the Jeep was sitting on the lot for about an year. I was told to come back in 5 days to bring financing check, My meeting was scheduled for 5 pm on the paper I was given. I will be honest and I was late, traffic was bad. When I got there I apologized and they said I was scheduled for 6. I showed sales person my paper that said 5. He moved me to a waiting area. He brought one paper at a time for me to sign in waiting area. I never saw the person I was scheduled to see. I then asked for my second key that comes with the vehicle and was told it was lost. They went looking, 2 Hours later I was still waiting on the key and paper work to be done. I was making one of the most important purchases and I was doing it in a filthy waiting room. I left and went home and my husband discovered the key to my lock lugs was also missing and the engine compartment was filthy. (After being "detailed" for a second time) When I called and talked to Keith the sales manager and told him about the missing things he said they where busy and for me to call back on Monday to remind him to find those things that where missing. WHAT...I need to call to remind them. I am a teacher and don't have time for that. So now I have to go back, and wait....I don't know how long for them to "find or Fix" The issues. These things should have been taken care of before I purchased the vehicle. More

Don't listen to the Internet Manager NEVER listen to Jennifer, the Internet sales manager. If they have a car you like, go down and see them. Ask for Mike, one of the sales managers. Josh NEVER listen to Jennifer, the Internet sales manager. If they have a car you like, go down and see them. Ask for Mike, one of the sales managers. Josh is one of the salesmen and is very helpful as well. These folks want to sell a car and are willing to work with you. Jennifer on the other hand simply tells you what you want to hear just to get you into the showroom. And IF you do deal with Jennifer be sure to document all your conversations with her as well. And for goodness sake, don't let her get a car for you! It probably is not what was promised. It certainly was NOT in my case anyway. BTW, we left in our old car. More

In the end it was bad judgement on my part for putting my trust in a person whom took that trust an ran with it....... More
Very unprofessional experience I ever encountered. STAYAWAY. Ok I am going to leave a brutally honest review so that anyone who shops here can avoid the same experience I had. Walking in: When I first walk Ok I am going to leave a brutally honest review so that anyone who shops here can avoid the same experience I had. Walking in: When I first walked in the manager at the front asked me if I had an appointment, in which I stated "no". He told me that I should call back later, when they're less busy. First of all, what kind of company says that when half their sales people were standing around waiting for that exact reason. So... I walked past the manager, where I introduced myself to a salesman, Rich Gatana. Yes... I introduced myself he didnt say hello to me. Sitting down with the sales man: I knew what vehicle I was interested in, and brought the paper work to show. My salesman was very professional and was very knowledgeable. However, he stated that he had to find the vehicle due to the fact that they have off site parking. No big deal. I waited about 35 mins to actually see the vehicle. Actually viewing the vehicle: We went out to view the vehicle, which was the tires were covered in mud, and the bottom was filthy. This was a brand new vehicle by the way, 50 miles. Inside the vehicle the salesman was very knowledgeable, however I noticed that the side view mirror on the passenger side was not moving left and right, only up and down. The salesman stated that "It needed to be programmed". Ill skip the test drive part, nothing negative there. Back down with the salesman: We began to talk numbers, and I stated that I wanted to see how much the payments on said vehicle would be and all the numbers etc. The salesman walked over to his manager, and immediately came back saying "Do you wanna do this deal or not"?. I asked, "I would like to see numbers first before any deal is done". He stated that the manager would not give me numbers unless I was interested in finishing the deal today. That was very unprofessional, and added unneeded pressure. Fast forward past all the number stuff. I added the vehicle onto my insurance, and was interested in financing through USAA. My USAA representative told me I may be able to get a lower interest rate then the one Jeep is offering. I asked the sales man to please let me know the APR on the loan, or at least a round about number. He stated that they cannot release that information until i sat down with the financing manager. Sitting down with the financing manager: I sat down with Pete in finance, if you can avoid this guy... please do. We were coming up to about 8:00 pm at this point, and Pete got done at 9:00pm... and he sure let me know. Every other line was "I need to get out of here, sign here really fast ill give you a quick break down on everything". I told Pete that I did not want any outside warranties unless they were specifically through Jeep, not any knock off companies. He told me that these warranties(Extended, Tire and wheel) were all through Jeep and that I would have no issue dealing with anyone outside. His placed his hand ontop the J&MA name while I signed. Fast forward through all the paperwork signing, I asked if there was any type of folder he could give me to place all my documents in, in which he showed me a piece of paper and said "This is all you get, I gotta get out of here soon.. so we gotta be quick". The next day: As I mentioned previously, the side view mirror was not working still... so i guess it wasn't "programmed". I brought my vehicle back and talked to Jim Grace, the manager there. I expressed my disappointment with him and the whole process I was put through and he simply brushed it off while smirking. I told him is this the type of business you run, get your sale and then forget about everyone else? He told me if i had any complaints that I should call Chrysler and that its none of his fault. About a week later: After calling the warranty companies and finding out that they were outside companies they stated that i needed to return to Jeep to execute a refund. I returned back to Jeep and talked to Pete the financing guy again who was very reluctant to return his warranties he "sold" me. He kept saying "I dont care if you return them, they arent going to hurt my numbers". Very arrogant and rude. A few days later i find out that Pete, however DID NOT process the refund and after calling his financing boss I was able to complete the process. Worst experience ever..... More
Great Service, Happy Customer!!! My name is Samantha, and for the past 5 months I have been searching all of my local dealerships for my dream car (Chrysler 300 touring.) I am located My name is Samantha, and for the past 5 months I have been searching all of my local dealerships for my dream car (Chrysler 300 touring.) I am located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, 08234. In the past 5 months of searching I have visited at least 10 different dealerships, most of which were very unorganized, over priced, and down right rude. I don't know about you.. but buying a new car is a very big commitment and money does not grow on trees. If I am coming into your establishment with my hard earned money, I want to be treated like a human being and not your next paycheck. Most places I visited (I will leave unnamed, but beware of the EHT area.) tried up-selling me into a completely different car that I didn't even want in the first place, or was to lazy to even help me at all. Needless to say, my journey had not been so pleasant. That was until I came across an ad listing online, which featured a fully equipped Chrysler 300 touring, special edition located at the Turnersville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. I traveled over an hour to see the beauty and boy was it worth the wait and the drive!! I was greeted with open arms, as soon as I stepped foot on the property. As soon as I got inside the building I was seated with a wonderful sales associate named Steven Albright. Steven completely took care of me, from the time I arrived until the time I left. Steven was extremely pleasant, very informative and I felt as though he actually cared about what I was after.. what money I had to work with, and my over all situation. He gave me a deal that worked FOR ME. He did not try to change my mind on what type of car I wanted, although he did help me choose the biggest bang for my buck!! Not in a forcing manner, but an extremely insightful manner for someone like me that knows nothing about detail and whats under the hood. I would just like to thank Steven personally for saving my experience and helping me achieve the car of my DREAMS!!! I am one happy customer, with my beautiful new car outside in my driveway. I cant thank the ENTIRE Turnersville team enough for being so welcoming, and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for quality service, and if you want to have the experience I had, then ask for Steven Albright to take care of you while you are there!!! Justin Clifford wa Came in tonight (my birthday) looking to trade in my Fiat I've had it only for a year and haven't been satisfied since I bought it. Justin Clifford was a great salesmen, from the start told me he didn't want to get my hopes up and we'd take it step by step and he wouldn't be putting me in a car that I couldn't ultimately afford. Honesty is key, especially when buying a car ! So thank you Justin and thank you tunersville Chrysler jeep and dodge for working with me and getting me into the car I wanted ! More
Unprofessional management at best Let me start by stating that the salesperson Kim did excellent, she made every effort to please me and get me the vehicle of my choice. When I walked Let me start by stating that the salesperson Kim did excellent, she made every effort to please me and get me the vehicle of my choice. When I walked into the dealership I was immediately greeted by her and explained to her my situation and what I was looking for. I knew I was upside down a few grand in my current car but I wanted to go bigger so we initally looked at a Used 2014 Dodge Ram for 30,000 and after coming inside to talk numbers after she returned to the desk she told me her manager said that my range ($500/month) was unreasonable for this truck and that we should go look at the Big Horn ($50,000 truck) due to the rebates that they would be able to place me comfortably in that truck. After test driving that truck and telling them I had to go home to let my dogs out they insisted I take the truck with me which by the way was a beautiful truck. After returning they come back with astronomical numbers $700/monthly lease with $3,000 Down. The numbers simply didnt add up no matter how much they tried to justifiy it. Bottom line is when a customer comes in and tells you what they want, if the price range is a 30,000 dollar vehicle, dont put them into a 50,000 vehicle. Unprofessional and shady. Would not recommend. More
