The Absolute WORST. Charged me for a computer update on a Warranty vehicle and a warranty gas cap. Then telling my wife he would not release my jeep with out paying them. Excellent work, service reps do not follow up with customers. Told me a part would be in in a week and they will contact me and never did. Reps could have updated me more throughout my issue. Said it should be about an hour and 2 hours later I had to go to the desk. Rep should have let me know so I could make arrangements to get picked up. More
