I took my car to this place I felt like they took advantage didn’t even give the so call a lot of codes that came up just told me it’s gonna cost a lot. I took my car to another honey place they told me it was a bunch key codes programmed in the car , your dealership never said that . I find it very funny that a dealership doesn’t know how the car they manufactured work … granted it wasn’t made at that one but it’s a dealership. I will be doing a Yelp about this place More

Had a pretty bad experience here and definitely can’t recommend anyone try to get their vehicle repaired here. The ac in my van was on the fritz so I brought it in for repair. They told me it would be 250$ for the diagnostic test (a little steep but whatever..) before I agreed I had asked if he thought this would run me into the four digits because if so I can’t afford it and will not waste money for the diagnostic. He said usually it’s only a few hundred. So I left the car and waited for at least a few hours nearby only to get a call that it would cost me 1400$ when I obviously can’t afford that. I took my van and began to leave only to realize now my air was not blowing AT ALL. I told the guy and he said bring it back tomorrow as the mechanic had gone home. I did that and waited AGAIN for a few hours until he called and told me he couldn’t fix it and the mechanic that did it would be in during the week so bring it in then. I haven’t had the time to waste going back between both me and my wife working and raising 3 kids and now every time I have to climb into the van on these hot days I’m extra annoyed. Wasted 250$ and over 6 hours to have my vehicle more broken than when I dropped it off the first time… More
