Ace the sales rep was great. Really made the experience pleasurable. Only problem I had was once we finished with the pricing and all the other stuff. I have some shaking when driving over 60 plus MPH. I called to Make appointment and was told my issue is covered under warranty. They look at the vehicle and come back to me that I need all 4 tires and called to Make appointment and was told my issue is covered under warranty. They look at the vehicle and come back to me that I need all 4 tires and that they have only 2 tires in stock. I ask wouldn't I just need the tires to be balanced and isn't that under warranty? I only have 28,000 miles on my Truck and tires. His reply is it is not covered (Then why was I told it would be on the phone..okay I can live with that but not happy) I say that is a problem if my tires are not lasting the 65k the are rated for. He says its not a problem it happens. I seen them last 12k. I ask again well that is a problem if the tires last 12k and he continues to go back and forth with me how that is not a problem...ugggg At that point I was so frustrated with the way I was being treated as a customer I asked him to just give me the truck back so I can get a second opinion on the tires. More
