Very poor communication. I left voicemails for general manger and service department manager neither returned my call. Had a remote start installed in my car and they never told me that it was done. Thoug manger and service department manager neither returned my call. Had a remote start installed in my car and they never told me that it was done. Thought it was just my maintenance/oil change. I am in between on recommending this service center. When I dropped off my truck, I showed the rep a coupon for 10% off service, and it was noted on the slip. An oil change took two hours (I waited) and waited until afterwards to notify me that my “oil change plan” expired- I would have went to Valvoline for a fraction of the wait time and paid less overall. I would have thought a lease would have an oil change per year for the duration of lease or at least be provided the courtesy beforehand. I would have never waited 2 hours when initially being told 1 hour, maybe 1.5 nor stayed period regardless of the wait time if this oil change wasn’t covered. Additionally, you would think a dealership wouldn’t want people crammed together for such a long duration when we’re in the middle of a pandemic. More
