Dealership installed new fuel injectors (under warranty) incorrectly leading to a break down and a tow immediately after after leaving this dealership (Turnersville). This is documented and validated by a incorrectly leading to a break down and a tow immediately after after leaving this dealership (Turnersville). This is documented and validated by a competitor dealership (same brand) as well as a FCA case. Ultimately, local competitor dealership had to repair and replace the incorrectly installed fuel injectors installed by Turnersville. The failure to install the injectors correctly has led to additional problems that require repair now. My experience with this dealership (Turnersville) is that that they are challenged to meet service time estimates, and they are poor at communication and providing updates. Their feedback on troubleshooting issues is often erroneous, and my experience is that they will push back on warranty claims as a standard response (Why?). I would specifically recommend that if you have a Cummins or Ecodiesel that you should absolutely not come to this dealership (Turnersville) for service. It is my opinion that they do not have qualified diesel mechanics (or Service Manager oversight) to repair Dodge\RAM\Jeep branded Cummins or Ecodiesel equipped vehicles. Unprofessional and didn’t follow up in a timely manner on a $$$ service. I was told that I should’ve called to order my part before scheduling my appointment. I was told my number was missing and the service agent had to rummage through my personal paperwork in my glove compartment to look for my phone number. More

Second time I've had the car in for this problem. The problem wasn't fixed and will have to go back. Just a terrible overall experience with the service team at this dealership. My vehicle has now been there 4 times for the same noise that still is not resolved. They threw 3 parts on it and that didn't w at this dealership. My vehicle has now been there 4 times for the same noise that still is not resolved. They threw 3 parts on it and that didn't work. This time I went to pick it up as I needed it while they wait for direction from Chrysler on a fix. When I get there I notice a large bolt in my tire that they said no problem they would take care of it. This happened while the vehicle was in their care. They blamed me for it even though they had the vehicle for 2 days at that point. They said it was impossible for them to run it over even though the vehicle was moved in and out of the garage to the back lot. They first said they wouldn't pay for the tire then said they would cover half. Then they had the nerve today to say my mechanic heard a funny noise while driving the car and noticed a bolt in the tire. Now they play dumb like they just found it even though I have a text message before this saying they would only pay half. Poor customer service and not a single call to keep me updated. I have to call asking for an update. I get a text at 5:45pm which is after service closes basically saying to pick up my car tonight or tomorrow. That was it. No courtesy calls. Just a rude text message. No update on the noise, they haven't heard from Chrysler yet or whether the tire was replaced. I call and the operator says your total is $271 so now they are trying to pass the full cost of the tire to me. Unacceptable that I should pay for their mistake. I will never step another foot into that dealership other than to pick up my car tomorrow. I would rather take it elsewhere and start over to get this noise issue fixed. It's pathetic how they treat people. More
