First time at dealership for service. Very friendly! Most dealerships act as if you are an annoyance. No one wants to spend time getting a vehicle serviced but it really helps when the people behind the Most dealerships act as if you are an annoyance. No one wants to spend time getting a vehicle serviced but it really helps when the people behind the counter acknowledge you with a smile and a conversation. The service departments are reasons I don’t buy vehicles from other dealerships. You buy a car once and you spend the rest of the cars life with the service department. These are the guys (and ladies) whom brings me back or makes me shop elsewhere. Thank you for your customer service and patience! I hope it stays this way. John M More

Dealership is Excellent monthly coupons sent out for service discounts by email. Techs always double check your vehicle before they return it to you. Very poor communication. I left voicemails for general manger and service department manager neither returned my call. Had a remote start installed in my car and they never told me that it was done.
