An oil change took two hours (I waited) and waited until afterwards to notify me that my “oil change plan” expired- I would have went to Valvoline for a fraction of the wait time and paid less overall. I would have thought a lease would have an oil change per year for the duration of lease or at least be provided the courtesy beforehand. I would have never waited 2 hours when initially being told 1 hour, maybe 1.5 nor stayed period regardless of the wait time if this oil change wasn’t covered. Additionally, you would think a dealership wouldn’t want people crammed together for such a long duration when we’re in the middle of a pandemic. More

Brought my vehicle in at the time and date scheduled to have my oil changed. I was told on the phone and when I arrived that I would take 45 minutes so I waited. I saw my vehicle parked in the shop under the tire rotation area (which I did not have done) and a minute later saw my car moved then was told it was ready. Took another 10 minutes for the gentleman to “finish my paperwork”. More

I believe the Service Advisor that I had, his name might have been "Ray", was knowledgeable, kind and excellent! He even walked me out to check my tires to see how much groove/possible miles I had left bef have been "Ray", was knowledgeable, kind and excellent!
