We apologize you feel that way. As you were at the cashier the bill was never paid and you took your keys and left out the door with an unpaid bill. The manager then had to proceed out and ask you to come back in to pay the balance. There was a $95 diagnostic fee since one of the issues you asked us to look into you opted not to fix. In regards to the other issue which was a plug in the tire. We did plug and patch the tire, in which you felt we didn't and as we were trying to explain is that the patch is on the inside when you send the plug through not the outside. If it was on the outside it would fall off once the vehicle began in motion and went over the plug. You did make mention to the dealership that you knew people at google and if we didn't take care of it you would make us suffer. Once your husband came in and spoke with us we were able to put everything to rest and he signed off on the ro. We apologize you feel the way you do and we'd try to help out in anyway we can next time.
