Ed made me feel comfortable and confident that I would be leaving there with a car that I would be happy with. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted or what I could afford because of a not so great credit score. He assured me that everyone at Kia would work with the lenders to get me a car that I would love and be able to afford. I test drove a couple of vehicles and decided on the car I wanted. They worked their magic and my financing was approved and I drove away in my new vehicle! Special thanks to Ed, Jeff and Vince for making it happen! More

Upgrading our 2006 Kia Sedona to a 2018 model Josh was a great low pressure salesman who worked to get us a great deal on our new car. GOOD SALES BAD SALES MANAGER I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRESSURE EXERTED UPON ME TO PURCHASE THE CAR THE DAY I WAS THERE AS OPPOSED TO THE NEXT MORNING WHEN MY WIFE COULD ATTEND. I H I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRESSURE EXERTED UPON ME TO PURCHASE THE CAR THE DAY I WAS THERE AS OPPOSED TO THE NEXT MORNING WHEN MY WIFE COULD ATTEND. I HAD PUT A DEPOSIT ON THE CAR OF $2803.00 AND WANTED TO FINISH THE PAPERWORK THE FOLLOWING MORNING SO I COULD TITLE THE CAR IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE. RYAN EXPLAINED TO ME THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AS THE CAR WOULD STILL BE FOR SALE THAT EVENING AND THE PURPOSE OF THE KIA DEALERSHIP WAS TO EARN A PROFIT. REALLY? I THOUGHT THE PURPOSE OF A DEPOSIT WAS TO HOLD SOMETHING ; AT LEAST UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING SO I COULD TITLE THE CAR THE WAY I WANTED TO. I FINISHED THE SALE THAT EVENING BUT WAS VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY RYAN. I WOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY FROM THE DEAL ENTIRELY BUT I DID NOT WANT TO TAKE THE SALE AWAY FROM JEFF SELLWOOD BECAUSE HE HAD DONE A GOOD JOB. AFTER 50 YEARS IN BUSINESS I CAN TRULY SAY THAT EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST I HAD EVER HAD PURCHASING A VEHICLE AND I HAVE PURCHASED MANY. RYAN'S ACTIONS, IN MY OPINION, WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BORDERING ON IGNORANT. REGARDS, CHRIS JETTER More
