I sent it over before Fall break hoping that I’ll be able to take it back for the break. Last Friday I’ve tried to call my advisor tens of times but he was just too “busy” to pick up the phone. In the afternoon I decided to stop by. But the advisor told me no one have even looked at my car yet! This week I’ve tried to get in touch with him several again, the calling system was put me on hold forever, and of course no response AGAIN. So far I still don’t know when my car will be diagnosed, not to mention how much longer I have to wait for the repairs. This process is taken prohibitively longer than I thought. More

We told him what we were in the market for and he took our information and called back later in the afternoon with what we were looking for. We visited the dealership the following morning and were greeted by Hunter immediately pointing out to us the truck he had found. The buying experience couldn't have been more pleasant. We are very pleased with the deal we got and the experience we had with Hunter. If you are in the market for a vehicle go see Hunter Crawford and you will find a young man that will work hard to earn your business. More
We bought a used truck 3 months ago. Batteries are dead now. I thought used trucks would be inspected better before they are sold. Batteries should last longer than 3 months. The dealership would not repla now. I thought used trucks would be inspected better before they are sold. Batteries should last longer than 3 months. The dealership would not replace them. I have hard feelings right now for Ford. More

They tell you f In the past 20+ years, I have bought new cars from more 10 dealers in several states and I found Tuscaloosa Ford to be the worst ever. They tell you flat out lies and treat you with disrespect! It is a very shady business. I was interested in buying a new 2019 F150. While doing my research online I got contacted by the internet sales women. She was nice in the email and text and offered to help locate the truck I am looking for from other dealers, as their inventory is limited. I arranged for a meeting. As soon as I arrived to the dealership and asked about that saleswomen, my experience was very bad. The lady in the reception area was unfriendly and was sarcastic about my first name, which I had to tell her about it three times! I was unhappy about it, but waited for internet sales women, who came in, without any greeting she just handed me to another salesman (Shannon). Shannon was nice guy, so I continued to look for my next new truck with him. Shannon was not very knowledgeable about the F150. He did not have clear answers to several of my questions, but I did not mind that since I did research the truck and since I own a 2015 F150 I knew what I want. He located a truck that will be shipped from the factory, which has all I was looking for, great! We talked pricing and trade in value. I did not like their offer for my trade in as it was $3,000 below the average trade in value of the blue book. I asked to speak with the sales manager. I was told that he is busy with a customer. When I went to use the bathroom, I saw the sales manager very excited watching a football on TV, not with a customer (second or third indication of bad business and laying). I spoke with him and show him the value of my car with the correct options. It seems that they ignored all the options in my car (now I assume was intentional) to come up with a lower offer. He agreed to adjust the price, but was still $500 below the average trade in, but I agreed. When I tried to negotiate the price of the truck, that sales manager was very rude, and he said “this is our price and if you do not like it do not buy it”! I dealt with many car dealers and never seen anyone who is that rude and impolite. Anyway, I agreed to his price as they have the exact truck I wanted and I did not want to waste my time nor making the buying experience unpleasant for my wife and myself. I waited about a month until the truck arrived. Before I go back to the dealer, I printed the truck information on their website and was listed at $50,025. When I went there, I test drove the truck and checked it out and I was proceeding to buy. The salesman came back with the paperwork and the truck price was listed as $51,500 and the rebate was down to $2,000 instead of $3,500. When I inquired about the discrepancy, I was told that this because the listed price and rebates on their website is based on Tuscaloosa zip code, but since I live in another zip code the price and rebate are adjusted. This is a total lie, I may understand that the rebate changes based on the zip code, but the price should not change based on that. The sales manager came in to explain and he was making the same lie again and again. When I told him that I am not convinced with the change of the truck price based on zip code, he was much ruder and told me not to buy the truck “this is our price and you and I will put the truck back in the lot and you should not buy from here”. These guys are liars, and they are even good at it. Tuscaloosa for are not interested in making honest deals, but they try to fool and push people into buying. I am sure there are some people who would fall for such attitude, that maybe why they are still in business. I left the dealership directly to Bessemer Town and Country. I met a salesman and his manager who were so great. I found a better truck, with more options for almost the same price. There are huge differences between the two stores. Driving the extra hour to Bessemer Town and Country was really worth it. Much better buying experience, honest sales people who want your business. Go to Tuscaloosa Ford at your own risk. DO NOT SHOP AT TUSCALOOSA FORD. More

My daughter who is a student at UA in Tuscaloosa showed up before 11:00 AM and was told by the service department that they were too busy to do the job and she should come back Monday. She only has time with her coursework for Thurs and Fridays. I talked to Kim who had scheduled the appointment the previous week with me, she was going to talk to the service manager about the issue. I never heard back from anyone. More
