Service is horrible! First time taking truck it took OVER 4 hours to change the oil and I had an appointment 2nd time taking vehicle to get a weather strip put on they did not have the part said they would c 4 hours to change the oil and I had an appointment 2nd time taking vehicle to get a weather strip put on they did not have the part said they would call when it came in a week and a half later no call so I called and oh yeah the part was in. On top of that when I took it in for the weatherstripping it took another four hours for them to tell me they didn’t have the part and then I had to take the truck back home. Awful service! More

I bought my first Tundra in 2007 and went back and bought another one in 2017. I did this because of the service I received with the first truck. For the past year I have noticed a Hugh drop in their service depth. I ordered a radiator on Monday and the guy told me someone would call when it came in so I could get it installed. Nobody called so I called on Friday and yes it came in on Wed. Set up and appointment and was planning on around 500.00 fee cause the part was 250.00 and they said about 2 1/2 hr install. 5 hours later and 631.00 I walk out. More

We had a perfect apples-to-apples dealer comparison because we had to order the car. We told two dealers in Birmingham and Marcello we would go with the best deal. It took less than 1/2 hour for them to evaluate my trade-in and walk out with a hassle-free signed deal with no hidden fees. They beat the prices of both Birmingham dealers by significant amounts. It doesn't get any better than that...the best deal and great people to do business with. More

Bought a 2 year old used car here. They dropped the car proce but added local fees equivalent to the drop cost. A month later I found out my car wasn't worth the price I paid or reliable. On top of that I didn't get the spare keys promised. Make sure you get everything written in your contract, even the free oil change. Go anywhere else. They said it best, if it's not in the contract there is nothing you can do. Word of my means nothing. More

They take advantage of women. My vehicle was taking in for one problem and then when I picked it up it wasn’t fixed and I had to take it back and pay more money for same problem. This isn’t the only time for one problem and then when I picked it up it wasn’t fixed and I had to take it back and pay more money for same problem. This isn’t the only time I’ve had issues with them, they have very poor mechanics working in there. They know they’re in the wrong but they try to blame it on you. Their not a reputable company they know they are at fault, but they’re not willing to make things right. Thus, leaving me to put out thousands of dollars of my own money, I would completely stay away from them. If you like Toyota so much I’d go to Hoover. More

Service I’ve had my car in 3 times for the same problem. The windshield washer wasn’t working. 1st time bought a part they suggested and they replaced it. 2 I’ve had my car in 3 times for the same problem. The windshield washer wasn’t working. 1st time bought a part they suggested and they replaced it. 2nd time within a few weeks bought a second part they said it must have been. Still not working. This was just last week. So... I opened my hood thinking maybe it is simply out of washer fluid. The entire soft padded part that covers the engine was dangling... they only replaced one screw in it. So I will again need to take off of work for this issue plus address the lazy person that o my replaced the covering with one screw. VERY frustrating. And finally, my car has always been serviced there and I have kept up on everything. I recently received a card in the mail that they may like to buy my car back. Well it is older but in good shape but for the washer thing and now the coverlet over the engine. Blue book is over $8000. They offered me $4000. I’m pretty sure I’d i were a man, I would have been treated fairly at least. More
