For more than 8 years, Mr. DAVID KIM has been my service advisor, and it is his care, concern, knowledge, efficiency and courtesy that have kept me a loyal customer. While it's a given that a well-managed, customer friendly dealership employs skilled car repair technicians who can accurately diagnose and repair (my experience is that Tustin Hyundai does), the point of contact for the customer is that person who walks out to your car, greets you, and takes you inside to discover (or confirm) the reasons for your visit. Does that person follow up? Call to keep the customer informed about progress? Check in immediately if there are problems? EXPLAIN exactly what is being done, and why? This communication and attention to detail is what makes the difference. Many dealerships can provide service. But can they also provide a positive experience that makes a customer feel valued and respected? DAVID KIM does exactly that. He is well-spoken, patient, genuinely kind, extremely knowledgeable, and demonstrates in both word and deed that it matters to him what kind of experience his customers have. He inspires TRUST. Just seeing him come out the door when I drive up makes me smile. He is an absolute gem! Now that I've bought a NEW Hyundai, I will look forward to more years of dealing with David and his associates at this dealership. More

Very ready to deal with, can get you what you want and doesn’t add those exorbitant “dealer surcharges”. They do charge $995 for a special exterior and interior coating package with a warranty. They also offer an extended 10 year cover everything warranty so you will want to go some comparison shopping on that before you buy. I had a great experience buying my car from Rooben, I was on the waiting list for about 5 months and chose this dealership because they are not price gouging for new cars like everybody else is. They have in on the waiting list for about 5 months and chose this dealership because they are not price gouging for new cars like everybody else is. They have integrity. I “built” the car I purchased on Hyundai.com and the price I was quoted (and paid) was within a couple hundred dollars of MSRP. I could have gotten a car sooner but wanted to wait for the limited Ioniq 5 in blue. The actual financing and purchase was quick and easy, and I got a great tutorial on how to use my car. I have had it for about a month now and I love it! More
