I saw two used cars from KBB website and called both dealerships. Michael Shieh at OC Hyundai provided me history of car and invited me to see car. Jan 14 is cloudy and rainy, Michael came to office ea dealerships. Michael Shieh at OC Hyundai provided me history of car and invited me to see car. Jan 14 is cloudy and rainy, Michael came to office early to take care of business, test drive and went over carfax in details. He is honest to present purchase price with answers, and try his best to close deal before I go to another dealership. Followup after sales is excellent. I went to an other Hyundai center and 30 minutes waiting for a service technician to help me and no one showed up.
