Carlos was excellent to work with in purchasing our new Palisade. He was very straight forward and communicated frequently. Tustin Hyundai does not try to mark up their prices or throw in useless dealer add-ons, they are one of the few dealerships I’ve seen that are genuine and straight forward. We had contact Carlos about our preferred palisade build, and within a couple weeks he notified us it was coming in. We were able to reserve it with just a credit report (not even a deposit!) and boom a few weeks later, we came in and everything was ready for us… we were at the dealership for no more than 30 mins. Best buying experience from a traditional dealer I’ve ever had. Would absolutely recommend Carlos and Tustin Hyundai!! More

Greg did a great job helping us find exactly what we wanted, A new Tuscan Hybrid Limited 2023. He hung in with us for 2 months! We had to wait for it to arrive from overseas & then be released from the wanted, A new Tuscan Hybrid Limited 2023. He hung in with us for 2 months! Max did a good job of helping me with the purchase and walking me through some of the features on the car. He has also been responsive to follow up questions since I've taken the car off the lot, so I def walking me through some of the features on the car.
