The best part of this dealership is the people and the fact that they don't have any dealer markups or dealer add-on accessories. Extremely rare to find these days! I worked with Rick Majors, who made everything go super smooth and was so easy to work with. He was very patient and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I reached out through an online portal late one night and Rick got back to me the next morning saying they were getting a shipment of exactly the car I wanted in just a couple weeks. He was transparent in all our communications and very responsive. Amazed that I got my car so quickly after having gone to many other dealerships who couldn't tell me when they would have a car available. Overall a great car buying experience; would highly recommend Rick and Tustin Hyundai! More
