I made an inquiry for the purchases of a 2022 Tucson and withing 10 minutes I received an email from Greg Thrasher with a video attached. I contacted several other dealerships in the Orange County area, and they all added a mark-up to the price of their vehicles. I met with Greg later that day for a test drive, and then searched Tustin Hyundai's inventory. Greg said the vehicle I was interested would be arriving within 5 days. I completed the required paperwork and 5 days later I bought my Hyundai. Greg was a no pressure type of person and kept me informed on the status of my Hyundai Tucson. Rooben treated me great and set up with a great car for an amazing price that I could not find anywhere else. I was not pressured into purchasing other warranties, contingent to purchasing the car.
