I took my 2022 Tucson Hybrid for her first service and the service team was amazing. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted. I walked in and they took care of me quickly and answered all my questions the service team was amazing. As soon as I pulled my car in I was greeted. I walked in and they took care of me quickly and answered all my questions. They set me up with a lift so I could go to work and leave my car to get serviced. They sent me a mini video of the service that was done. I received texts to let me know when my car was ready. Even though Hyundai Tustin is under construction that did not impact their service. I wanted my SUV washed and since theirs was not available they gave me a coupon for a free car wash which was less than 5 minutes away. Marcos was very helpful in helping my mom with her vehicle. She was turned away previously and he took time out of his busy day to make sure she was taken care of.
