Everyone at the dealership is really nice. If I had any questions they answered them without trying to deceive you and they have msrp prices. In this car market that’s not the case. Quick, easy and efficient. Was able to get my car in and out for an oil change in less than 2 hours on a Saturday(very busy day as far as dealerships go). Just picked up our new Palisade from Tustin Hyundai today, and it was truly the BEST car-buying process/experience we have ever had! Rick Majors is AWESOME - friendly, honest, straightforward and a today, and it was truly the BEST car-buying process/experience we have ever had! Rick Majors is AWESOME - friendly, honest, straightforward and a great communicator! Not only was he able to find exactly what we were looking for (in the midst of pandemic shortages no less), but he even reached out to me during his day off just to make sure we could reserve it in time. After reserving the car, we had to wait about a month for it to be delivered to the the dealership, which was so worth it! Honestly, the hardest part of this whole process was just waiting for the car to arrive - but even that wasn’t that hard to do since Rick was so great at following up with my inquiries and giving us updates about its ETA. From start to finish, I just really appreciated Rick’s transparency and willingness to help. You can tell that he genuinely cares about building a good relationship with his customers, which makes ALL the difference! Additionally, the finance person (I can’t remember her name, sorry!) was also great to work with. Again, everything was super straightforward - she offered us the extended warranty, but didn’t try pressure us into purchasing it. Everything moved right along like “a well oiled machine” (truly) and we were done signing within 15-20 minutes! I honestly never thought I would say this, but we actually had FUN buying our car! Everything about this experience was great, and because of Rick’s awesome attitude and customer service, we will 100% reach out to him and the Tustin Hyundai dealership for our future car-buying needs!
