I received a call from Mr. Rick Majors. From that first conversation it just felt right to proceed my car buying experience in this direction. Mr. Rick listened to my specific situation and needs; and provided me with a positive personal opinion and helpful information in order to navigate through my financial options in a clear and easy way for me to understand. Mr. Rick let me think and weigh my options for the next couple of days and most importantly, always followed up and answered any questions before I finalized my selections and buying options. Mr. Rick explained the entire process in a classy and simple way. Once at the dealership, Mr. Rick made me feel nothing less than special. Great Experience I didn't think I'd be shopping for a new car until this summer, when my lease was up. However, our current situation lead to Rick Majors reaching out I didn't think I'd be shopping for a new car until this summer, when my lease was up. However, our current situation lead to Rick Majors reaching out with a fantastic deal to end my lease early. I knew I would be getting another Santa Fe, but wasn't sure which one. Rick was able to answer all of my questions about the different packages available as well as finance options. His customer service is top-notch. Sheryl in finance had the paperwork read for us when we arrived, as both my mom and I ended up getting new cars. The process of turning in our old cars and getting the new ones was super fast and easy. This was a great experience ! More

Rick Majors was very open and professional in addressing my questions and concerns and was very gracious in accomodating my needs in these unusual times. He even brought a car to me for a test drive, communicated via phone, email, and texts, and even brought the final paperwork to my residence for signing.
