Not only was the sales experience seamless, easy and very professional, but the delivery and follow up issues were taken care of completely and excellently. I highly recommend Marco and Tustin Hyundai. A small glitch occurred the day after purchase and Marco Rodriguez researched this unusual issue well after business hours and completely resolved the problem delighting my husband and me. His follow up and commitment to excellence are the things one can only hope might happen when a problem occurs after a sale. It's easy to be great during the sale process, but it's what happens afterwards in customer care that shows a man's and a dealership's true colors. Kudos to Tustin Hyundai. More
