I would very much like to speak with you regarding your experience, as I wish to offer you my personal and sincere apology. In addition, I'd like to get more details of your experience, so this does not happen to anyone else. For instance, what car was it and what was the price we said we could get for you? Were you never called back? If I had your name, I could look this up in our notes, but I'm at a bit of a disadvantage. I know you're very unhappy with our service as your review indicates this. You posted it so others will be aware. While you've purchased elsewhere, I'm now not able to assist you, I wish I could, and truly wish I had known earlier of what you were going through. I also don't want anyone else to experience what you did, and I'm sure you don't either. I'd like to know how to prevent this from happening in the future, even if that means employee disciplinary actions, further training, or better attention to detail. I hope to hear from you. Hello Lynda, I am impressed that you would attempt to help me and that you would reach out to me. I dealt with Ruben & Don Shin. I was convinced they were sincere, good, straight forward people who were honestly trying to help me. They ended up providing me the most horrible experience that ended up being a complete waste of time. As a matter of fact I am seriously considering seeking legal advice regarding the situation and am planning on contacting the Hyundai Corporation directly. You and I most definantely NEED to speak.
