Typically, I would leave my car until the end of the day, but this particular occassion, I needed to have my 60k mile maintenance completed by 2:00pm (giving the Service Center approximate 3-hours notice). but this particular occassion, I needed to have my 60k mile maintenance completed by 2:00pm (giving the Service Center approximate 3-hours notice). I was willing to come back another day, but Mark had assured me that he would schedule a time for my car with the mechanic to have the maintenance done by 1:30pm, giving some wiggle room to 2:00pm. Sure enough, the service was performed on time and in addition the Hyundai coupons gave me approximately 40% off the additional parts. I think one of the great things about the Service was the pleasant smile and courtesy from both Mark and Trina - Thank you very much! More

We brought our 2002 Sonata in with a frightening pull to the left and difficulty handling when braking. I go there every 3,000 miles or so for regular service but I recently required extensive service on my Hyundai and they had my automobile for almost a month. I was concerned that my car would be declared but I recently required extensive service on my Hyundai and they had my automobile for almost a month. I was concerned that my car would be declared totaled or would never be the same again. Mark kept me apprised every step of the way whether it was about dealing with insurance company (State Farm-wonderful) or any other concern that came along while the dealership was on its way to giving me my car in better condition than prior to the incident. I have never received such wonderful service from any dealership over the years and Mark provides exemplary service and is a wonderful representative of the company. Another Hyundai dealership is closer to my home but I go the extra miles because of Mark and the wonderful service from OC Hyundai. More

My experience with OC HYUNDAI was great. I usually get my vehicle service here because of the great customer service that is provided to me. I live in Fullerton and there are other places that I could get my vehicle service here because of the great customer service that is provided to me. Tina Youroski is a great service advisor who is very courteous and friendly. She explains to me everything very clearly at the time of my service and makes the visit so pleasant. The Vehicle is in and out in a timely matter. I love the complimentary car wash that I get with my service. I would definitely recommend to anyone who owns a Hyundai or Isuzu to visit OCHYUNDAI. I am sure that they will have a very pleasant experience. More
