Was provided loaner car, but was told it should be ready about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I decided to stay in the area, as home was over 40 minutes away. Came back to dealership about 3 hours later and didn’t get about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I decided to stay in the area, as home was over 40 minutes away. All employees were very apologetic, but would rather them tell me to pick up tomorrow. Previous appointment was another delayed time. More

I was sent a discount coupon in a email for a synthetic oil and filter change for $59.95 but when I got to the dealer the price was $69.95. It was explained that the lower price was for a 4-cylinder engin oil and filter change for $59.95 but when I got to the dealer the price was $69.95. It was explained that the lower price was for a 4-cylinder engine and I have a V6. No where in the coupon did it specify a difference in the number of cylinders in the engine. So the dealer nicked me for an extra $10. I guess that’s just how they roll these days. More
