Josh was great to deal with. He listened to our needs and he was very knowledgeable. There was never any pressure from his at any time during the process. In the past, we would never be able to use the word he was very knowledgeable. There was never any pressure from his at any time during the process. In the past, we would never be able to use the word honest when going through the car buying process but Josh was perfect throughout this process. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt comfortable and welcomed. The sales person, Kevin, was well-informed about the cars and incredibly helpful. Mazda had more inventory and was able to get me the car I wanted. The owner of this dealership also works in his dealership in sales!
