She understood that I was just lookin Had a great experience with Janell Keogh at Tustin Mazda! She contacted me after I viewed an Acura MDX online. She understood that I was just looking and wasn’t ready to buy yet. She sent me additional photos and gave me her info if I was interested in the future. A week later she texted me and let me know the car was being transferred to another dealership so if I wanted to take a look it was only available at her location for a few more days. I set up a time to come drive the car and it was in excellent condition and priced so low I didn’t even have to argue about price. I’d been looking at used MDXs for several months and this one was 4K lower than any other MDX in the area with the mileage and options I wanted. Janell got me set up with a test drive so I could take it to a mechanic in Tustin for an inspection. The car passed with flying colors. The dealership’s bank initially gave me a 5.99 APR on my financing (which was higher than I thought I could get considering my 830 credit score). The dealership contacted the bank and got me a lower rate (3.59). They also offered a very reasonable warranty option on the MDX for about $45 /month. Janell was great to work with. She was very personable and never once made me feel pressured. Also, Lori made the final paperwork process go very smooth.. an absolute professional! Overall great experience! I would definitely go back! More

Awesome first car buying experience!! Omar first reached out to me in regards to the inquiry I placed on Costco. He was able to have me come in the same day to check out the Mazda CX-5! Ja Omar first reached out to me in regards to the inquiry I placed on Costco. He was able to have me come in the same day to check out the Mazda CX-5! Janell greeted me when I first arrived and helped me out since Omar was finishing up with another customer. She was able to let me check out the different versions of the car and even talked to me about her personal experience with buying a CX-5! She started by getting all the paperwork ready and Dong finished up the paperwork and made the process very personable as well! All in all the process was easy and painless I would most definitely go back to Tustin Mazda for future car purchases! Everyone was so friendly! More

Great experience buying Mazda with Janell Keogh We live 4.5 hours away and were nervous about driving so far based on the AutoTrader photographs. Janell from OC Mazda was able to look the car over and report back to us. She worked all day to answer all of our questions via email. By 9 pm (yes, she was there 12+ hours!), we were confident the long drive would be worth it. Without any guarantee of us buying the car, Janell sent it to be cleaned and ready for our arrival the next morning...and with a giant bow on top! A short test-drive later and we knew Janell had NOT let us down. The car was beautiful and in perfect condition—just like she said! The dealership was beautiful and the sales/finance teams were friendly and professional. What could have been a huge waste of time turned out to be our best car buying experience so far. More

I reached out to Tustin Mazda via they’re web site and requested the car with all of the features including color I wanted. Jim reached out to me the next morning while still at home and said he thought we had what I wanted but needed to make sure. He texted 30 mins later with a pic of the car. I came into the dealership and he made me a very fair deal that I was comfortable with and we made the sale. He spent an hour with me after the sale going over all of the cars features and I left feeling excited and confident with my new car. More
