The level of service was unmatched and made this a stress-free and enjoyable experience. Omar was extremely knowledgeable about the CX-5 and always checked in to make sure I didn't have any unanswered questions as we went through this process. I reached out to him a couple weeks ago expressing my interest in the CX-5 and he was super responsive via e-mail and text; always got back to me about any questions I had but was never pushy about having me make any purchases I wasn't comfortable with. Also, thank you to Lori for walking me through all of the financial paperwork and making sure I understood everything that was presented to me.
