Janell from OC Mazda was able to look the car over and report back to us. She worked all day to answer all of our questions via email. By 9 pm (yes, she was there 12+ hours!), we were confident the long drive would be worth it. Without any guarantee of us buying the car, Janell sent it to be cleaned and ready for our arrival the next morning...and with a giant bow on top! A short test-drive later and we knew Janell had NOT let us down. The car was beautiful and in perfect condition—just like she said! The dealership was beautiful and the sales/finance teams were friendly and professional. What could have been a huge waste of time turned out to be our best car buying experience so far. More

Best Car buying experience ever This was the first “new” car I’ve purchased. After a month of shopping and a bad experience I new exactly what I wanted. I reached out to Tustin Mazda via they’re web site and requested the car with all of the features including color I wanted. Jim reached out to me the next morning while still at home and said he thought we had what I wanted but needed to make sure. He texted 30 mins later with a pic of the car. I came into the dealership and he made me a very fair deal that I was comfortable with and we made the sale. He spent an hour with me after the sale going over all of the cars features and I left feeling excited and confident with my new car. More

With this in mind, you better like your team that is helping you navigate the process. Javier Carvente was a fantastic guide through our car choice, trade in, and leasing process. He was a great listener for our needs and priorities. We had called ahead so he pulled a car into the shade for us to look at, which was especially nice on a hot day. He is well versed in all of the features and specs of the CX-5 we were interested in. He ensured that we were comfortable and well hydrated while the paperwork process began and then we even got a certificate for free ice cream from an ice cream truck that pulled up outside. Since I realized I'll be back for maintenance, I really appreciated the tour of the service area and the review of the ride service and loaner car possibilities. Our visit was made all the more warm and inviting by the dealership owner, John Patterson stopping to chat with us. It was my observation that the high EQ (interpersonal skills) starts at the top and becomes a culture at this dealership with everyone who interfaces with the customers. I feel really good about my choice of cars and my choice of dealerships. More

Buying a new car is never a fun experience. I was referred to Josh and I called him up and told him what kind of car I was looking for. The car was not at Tustin he is never a fun experience.
