Jim is the guy to work with! I had a great experience with Jim Feinstein at Tustin Mazda. He was very helpful with arranging a test drive on a very hard to find vehicle and he had I had a great experience with Jim Feinstein at Tustin Mazda. He was very helpful with arranging a test drive on a very hard to find vehicle and he had answers to all of my questions during our meeting. He never made me feel like I was talking to a salesman or under pressure and I loved how accessible he was whenever I needed to speak with him. Easily my best experience at a car dealership, thanks to Jim! Dong was very easy to work with during the financials as well. Both are great guys and I plan on trying to work with them again next time I'm looking for a car. More

It was my first time buying a car on my own (without any parents around lol) and Janell made me feel as though she was just like family looking out fo It was my first time buying a car on my own (without any parents around lol) and Janell made me feel as though she was just like family looking out for me. She was great at explaining how the used-car process works and did not pressure me at all. She was super laid back, easy-going, and great at explaining how all the features of the car worked.
