Everyone from the receptionist to the service drive greeter (Greg), service advisors (Mark), salespeople (Javier), managers (Jeff), and even the owner of the dealership go out of their way to ensure their customers are more than satisfied. Many of the employees at this dealership have worked there for a long time and that goes a long way in my opinion. They are clearly happy with their jobs and it shows! This visit was for a car for my 16-year old daughter and I will be back soon for another Mazda for myself at the end of my current lease. We love Mazda but specifically Tustin Mazda!!! More

Excellent car buying experience Upon making our second trip to the dealership the past couple weeks, we decided to purchase a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve this past weekend. Upon making our second trip to the dealership the past couple weeks, we decided to purchase a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve this past weekend. We were highly impressed by our service experience during both visits, which included test drives of the two different trims. We met with Victor during our first test drive and worked with Omar during our second trip. It was evident the dealership has really invested in their staff based on their extensive knowledge of the vehicle's features. They were very pleasant, professional and made us feel completely at ease and comfortable. We also want to give a shout out to Lori in their finance dept. Although the paperwork tends to be the least pleasant, but necessary, part of the car buying process, she made it as easy as it could be for us. She gave us a little history about the dealership, the work environment, and let us know about the little fun things they do for their customers on weekends. I've been in the customer service business for over two decades and can say their service should be the standard for others to follow. More
