We went for a test drive and I knew this was the car for me. We narrowed it down to 3 colors. I came back a week later to purchase the vehicle and worked with Jim Fienstein to complete the transaction. Jim made the paper work go seamless. I came in at 11:00am and was out by 12:30pm. I was very happy with the whole experience. I love the Mazda CX-9! More

But I was very overwhelmed especially since I had been approved for a car loan so I could actually get a car that would work best for me. Omar was very patient with me and he was constantly in communication with me in regards to potential cars that he thought might work best for me. He answered all my questions and was also willing to take me home to drop off my old car and bring me back to the dealership to get my new car. I feel very fortunate to come here and get great service. His other coworker Alex Garcia also helped answer my questions and show me the bells and whistles on the car.
