But I was very overwhelmed especially since I had been approved for a car loan so I could actually get a car that would work best for me. Omar was very patient with me and he was constantly in communication with me in regards to potential cars that he thought might work best for me. He answered all my questions and was also willing to take me home to drop off my old car and bring me back to the dealership to get my new car. I feel very fortunate to come here and get great service. His other coworker Alex Garcia also helped answer my questions and show me the bells and whistles on the car. So happy and satisfied with my experience there. More

As busy as the dealership was on the Saturday we came in, Robert was fully accommodating to our needs to find the Mazda CX 5 we were looking to lease. We spent a good part of the day just trying to decide which CX 5 we wanted as we asked to look at different car options, compare specific models (literally) side by side, and test drive various models we were interested in. We kept him on his toes the entire visit as he tirelessly ran around so we wouldn't spend time waiting. Robert absolutely wanted us to be happy with our decision on the car and the lease deal before we officially signed the lease. By far the best car shopping experience I've had. A GREAT car buying experience! I had a complicated transaction - paying cash for one car and leasing a 2nd vehicle, PLUS trading in my Jeep Grand Cherokee! Janelle worked hard to not only find it in white (from San Diego), BUT also delivered the car exactly as requested and at the price I wanted! She was very open and honest with me and sent me the pricing and window stickers the week before my appointment so all we had to do was test drive the cars and sign the papers!
