Shaun McCray is the BEST!! I have been in the Mazda family my whole life (my mom works at corporate), but I only recently started buying my own cars, which of course means I had I have been in the Mazda family my whole life (my mom works at corporate), but I only recently started buying my own cars, which of course means I had to buy Mazda! Shaun came highly recommended to me a little over 4 years ago and my life has never been the same since! He’s such a friendly man and you never feel like he’s “selling” you anything! He’s not only helped me over the years buy 3 cars, he’s helped my family and friends as well :) OC Tustin Mazda is not the closest dealership to my home, but it is my dealership of choice. It’s not just Shaun who is wonderful, it’s the service team and Mr. Patterson himself! With all of that said... thank you Mazda team for being the best! More

Excellence to the max Jim Feinstein is by far the best fleet/online sales manager in the business. I grew up in car dealerships and John Patterson’s dealership is simply th Jim Feinstein is by far the best fleet/online sales manager in the business. I grew up in car dealerships and John Patterson’s dealership is simply the best! Their customer service, no pressure sales, willingness to answer all your questions (and I mean all of them) is a breath of fresh air. We came into the dealership with two cars and a tight budget with the dream of getting a new 2018 CX5 Touring… To our surprise they were able to make our dream come true and we ended up driving off with two Brand New 2018 CX-5s. Lori in finance was beyond busy that Saturday, but she didn’t show it. She was patient, explained everything to us, took time for small talk, and made sure we understood all of our options (finance, extended warranty, etc….). Once the purchase was done, they took the time to explain how to use the system (mouse, buttons, and options), programed our phones to the system, and even set up our radios to our favorite stations. Two weeks later and we are happier than the day we purchased them. Their customer service, quick service department (added sealant) and knowledgeable parts department we got our new CX-5s decked out with privacy covers, weather proof rubber cargo mats…. My only complaint… they are so efficient my new plates came in two weeks…lol Thank you OC Mazda for another amazing car buying experience. You’ve taken good care of us and some of our friends. You are the ONLY Mazda dealership to work with. We look forward to many more purchases in the future. More

Excellent Service Buying a new car is a stressful thing. However, if Omar Jasso is your Sales Manager, the process may just lift up a comfortable level. He takes care o Buying a new car is a stressful thing. However, if Omar Jasso is your Sales Manager, the process may just lift up a comfortable level. He takes care of his customer just like he wants to be treated as a customer. Omar is a patient, detail-oriented, often update his customer during the process. I spent about 5 hours at OC Mazda in Tustin to get my CX-5. It was a Saturday and I anticipated a busy day at a car dealership. The standard process start, test driver, paperwork, …etc. Halfway through the process, he updated me there was back up service on detail/ cleaning my new car and would take a little longer. When the new car was ready, he examined the car before he approached me. He told me there a few tiny sports could not be clean could be from the palm tree. He made it very clear to me he will get another new car if I wish to switch. I did. He again constantly kept me update the process and check-in if I need anything. He didn't only update me but he told/introduced Jeff (GM ) and Lori (Director Finance) the situation and he want to make sure paperwork updated quickly while the car is being clean. They offered me a gift card for the long wait. When the second car was ready, everything looks good, Omar patiently walks me through the car features (all those electronic gadgets could be intimidating as my old car didn’t have) and help to set my phone connects to the car to make sure I feel comfortable before I drive away. He told me to call/text him if I have any questions. The entire process, I think Omar is more anxious than me ?. Aside from Omar offered an excellent customer service, I think the OC Mazda as a team done a really good job. Every OC Mazda employee asked if I was being helped or need anything when they saw me in the waiting lounge. Also, the waiting lounge is clean and you can have all the popcorns, water, coffee, and tea. More
