One of a Kind Experience! My family and I decided to go to Mazda in Tustin bc it was close to our home and the online reviews were good. It was out of shear hope it would be the best location for us and it ended up being much more than what we expected! As I walked into the OC Mazda lot, the first friendly face we met was Robert’s. He very graciously welcomed us and patiently listened to what we were there to do: have my father see the vehicles I had previously seen in a different location to get his opinion. My father’s opinion and support is very important to me and very necessary in looking for a new car. Robert seamlessly worked and listened to both myself and my father throughout the whole process. He offered feedback and suggestions that did not feel forced to push a sale rather was very helpful and thoughtful feedback demonstrating to us he was listening to us and was addressing all our questions and needs in regard to what kind of vehicle I was looking for and needed. I’m a very thorough person and this was my first time going thru this car buying process. Robert’s customer service made me feel as though I was not talking to a sales person who is pushing a sale, rather that I was talking to a trusted person who wanted to help me find a vehicle that best fit my needs and wants in a car. All the stress of what the car buying process/business can be, was nowhere to be found in my experience with OC Mazda and with Robert Nelson. There was such ease and comfortability threw the whole process of talking, test driving, selecting a color, applying for financing, and finalizing the purchase deal. Robert’s professionalism, genuine demeanor and joyful energy made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. Robert’s ability to communicate patiently and respectfully with my father (who English is his 2nd language) showed me he understood my father is very important to me and in this process. Seeing my father, who doesn’t warm up to people easily or often, feel at ease with Robert told me, if my dad looks and feels this comfortable, then we most definitely must be in gooooood hands with Robert! When it came to the 1st part of the paperwork process w Robert and the sales mgmt team, they we’re very helpful, patient and expedient when decisions were made. This showed me that it wasn’t just Robert, but this whole OC Mazda team are about quality customer service. Annie from financing was a hoot, she was great fun as well and made the final paperwork process (again filled with many of my million questions) easy, informative, and a great time. Usually at that point of the process many ppl though they might love their car, they might feel overwhelmed by all the paperwork and options to consider. I at no point felt overwhelmed. I felt happy, comfortable, and very informed. All in all I 1000% recommend this Mazda location and 10000% recommend Mr. Robert Nelson from sales. I was not sure (before coming to OC Mazda) that I would walk out of this whole car buying process not just happy about the new car I really wanted (and needed) but confident (well informed) as a first time Mazda vehicle owner. I am very grateful and blessed to have worked with OC Mazda and Robert. Ps: I *LOVE* my car! Every inch of it! It’s beautiful and drives like a dream! Thank OC Mazda and Robert! More

Best Car Buying Experience with Chance! I have to just take a minute to just RAVE about Chance. We’ve been communicating for a month or so about upgrading from the CX-5 to the the CX- 9. He contacted me within probably a minute of my first inquiry. He has been very upfront and transparent about the pricing and the best options for me and my family; he is truly a man of integrity. He is the opposite of every car salesperson I have dealt with and is wonderful. He worked with me on some unexpected events that made me have to change appointment times last minute and was very understanding. He even came in on his day off for a few hours to make sure I could get my new car when I needed it and on the only day both me and my husband could come in. He has been truly EXCEPTIONAL. I have to say also that this service has extended by your service department and I would never go anywhere else for a Mazda. I cannot say enough good things about Chance. You are lucky to have him!
