Kevin Keogh is the best! My husband, kids and I stopped by OC Mazda one night on our way to dinner. My husband was looking for a new car but not sure of what make/model. So we My husband, kids and I stopped by OC Mazda one night on our way to dinner. My husband was looking for a new car but not sure of what make/model. So we stopped in and Kevin helped us out. He was very enthusiastic about the model we were looking at and gave us all the specs. No pressure sales at all! 4 weeks later my husband decided on a Mazda and we knew we needed to check with Kevin and see what he could do for us. Not only did he remember me when I called but when I told him we decided on a Mazda he was able to make our deal happen. I would recommended this dealership alone for the service we got from Kevin Keogh. Give him a call for your next car. More

Amazing Customer Service! Amazing Experience! From the moment I was introduced to Robert, he was professional, super friendly and had the biggest smile that immediately put me at ease. I was tradi From the moment I was introduced to Robert, he was professional, super friendly and had the biggest smile that immediately put me at ease. I was trading in my "baby," my 15-year-old Mazda Tribute (best car ever!) and because he completely understood my attachment to my car, he offered to do a little photo shoot for me so that I could have a few last pictures with my car that served me so well over the years. Now that's beyond excellent customer service! Every step of the way, Robert was patient, kept me informed and helped me to understand the nuances of the car buying process. He welcomed questions and even spent time speaking with my aunt on the phone and answering her questions (the car was a gift for my birthday)! And after 6 hours, Robert still had a smile on his face and that same upbeat attitude! Forty-eight minutes past the close of the dealership and I'm sure his "quittin' time," he spent more time to present me with my new car (bow included!), take pics and instruct me on all the fancy features so I could actually drive home. The car is beautiful and I'm so happy! :) I am so glad that Robert was my sales associate that day. He is a genuinely nice guy. OC Mazda is lucky to have him as part of their team! A special thank you to Larry for giving me the most detailed, thorough and informative test drive back in May, and for keeping in touch with me all these months. It was because of that amiable and constant contact that I came back to Mazda, and more specifically the Tustin dealership. Thank you to all who were part of the process, including Lori and Mr. Finance Guy-Behind-the-Glass-Wall, for making buying a car an easy and enjoyable experience. Can't wait for pancakes and BBQ!! Great Experiance I wen’t to 3 different Mazda car dealerships. It wasn’t until I made it to OC Mazda that I knew my shearch was going to be over. I wasn’t jerked aro I wen’t to 3 different Mazda car dealerships. It wasn’t until I made it to OC Mazda that I knew my shearch was going to be over. I wasn’t jerked around or made to feel like I had to hurry with my decisions. Shaun wasn’t the typical type of car salesman you’d expect to find. He didn’t make me feel rushed, when I let him know what I was looking for he didn’t try to sell me on something else, or something with more flash and added gadgets of which I didn’t ask for. I couldn’t recommend OC Mazda more, of you’re there be sure to ask for Shaun! More

Everyone else was friendly and accommodating as well. It was a SUPER hot day (about 100 degrees) and they always asked if I needed water or anything to make my experience more comfortable. The finance part felt like it went quickly compared to any other dealership I'd ever been to. I will be back in 3 years for my next lease. Shaun if you're still there I'll be back to see you. More
