Such an easy and awesome process for leasing a new car! Chad did such an amazing job when it came to giving us information on the cx-5 and was so thorough and did not leave anything out of the process! Larry is Wonderful Car shopping is rarely fun, at least in my book. When my current auto’s AC started to die, I could not procrastinate replacing in this hot weather. I didn’t dare to dream I might be able to upgrade to a new car. Larry was referred to me by my closest friend. Not only did I get to drive some new Mazdas, but when I was interested in a Hyundai, Larry put me in contact with a wonderful salesman. This was shocking, not sense Macy’s/Gimbels have I heard of such a thing. There was no high pressure sales tactics, no endless phone calls. I would say, I have never been happier to be wrong. If you need or want to buy a new or used car, do yourself a favour, and come see Larry first!!!! Thank you, I know you will be getting calls, from my other friends and family. More

Purchasing my Mazda 6 with Kevin I don't know how the salesman Kevin did it, but while juggling another customer he made me feel like I was the only custumer he had. The waiting room was great, stocked with all sorts of goodies, and internet jacks all over the place. Kevin, thank you for an easy process in purchasing my car, and your help and recommedations. Kevin Keogh is the best! My husband, kids and I stopped by OC Mazda one night on our way to dinner. My husband was looking for a new car but not sure of what make/model. So we My husband, kids and I stopped by OC Mazda one night on our way to dinner. My husband was looking for a new car but not sure of what make/model. So we stopped in and Kevin helped us out. He was very enthusiastic about the model we were looking at and gave us all the specs. No pressure sales at all! 4 weeks later my husband decided on a Mazda and we knew we needed to check with Kevin and see what he could do for us. Not only did he remember me when I called but when I told him we decided on a Mazda he was able to make our deal happen. Amazing Customer Service! Amazing Experience! From the moment I was introduced to Robert, he was professional, super friendly and had the biggest smile that immediately put me at ease. I was tradi From the moment I was introduced to Robert, he was professional, super friendly and had the biggest smile that immediately put me at ease. I was trading in my "baby," my 15-year-old Mazda Tribute (best car ever!) and because he completely understood my attachment to my car, he offered to do a little photo shoot for me so that I could have a few last pictures with my car that served me so well over the years. Now that's beyond excellent customer service! Every step of the way, Robert was patient, kept me informed and helped me to understand the nuances of the car buying process. He welcomed questions and even spent time speaking with my aunt on the phone and answering her questions (the car was a gift for my birthday)! And after 6 hours, Robert still had a smile on his face and that same upbeat attitude! Forty-eight minutes past the close of the dealership and I'm sure his "quittin' time," he spent more time to present me with my new car (bow included!), take pics and instruct me on all the fancy features so I could actually drive home. The car is beautiful and I'm so happy! :) I am so glad that Robert was my sales associate that day. He is a genuinely nice guy. OC Mazda is lucky to have him as part of their team! A special thank you to Larry for giving me the most detailed, thorough and informative test drive back in May, and for keeping in touch with me all these months. It was because of that amiable and constant contact that I came back to Mazda, and more specifically the Tustin dealership.
