Jim has been our go to guy since impressing us with our fi My wife and I purchased our 4th Mazda on last Friday from Jim Feinstein and John Patterson. Jim has been our go to guy since impressing us with our first Mazda purchase in 2012. We bought a new CX-5 and fell in love with the car and the dealership. It exemplifies what a dealership should be. Jim Feinstein especially fits his job title of Customer Advocate. This last purchase he was complicit in my surprise of my wife with a new CX-9. We were replacing her CX-5 lease with a CX-9 "Nana" car for her duties with our 5 grandchildren. Jim, Mr. Patterson, and Steve, the finance guy were more than great ! We were given a great deal on our car and the extra features we purchased, A exterior and interior finish product an extended warranty and a gap insurance product. These make great sense because of our intent to keep the car for ten plus years. I want to also comment on the service department. They have been great. I sold cars nearly 40 years ago and I can appreciate a great dealership from the perspective of would I like to work there and the answer is absolutely YES. I am happily ensconced in my own career or I might be tempted. Jim is outstanding and I recommend everyone work with him if you can. Susie and I feel very fortunate to have found these folks. More

I would highly recommend this dealership and the salesmen who helped us. We love our Mazdas and we would definitely buy from this dealer again. First we purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda 3 for my teenage daughter, then we leased a 2018 Mazda 3 for me, and then we leased a 2018 CX5 for my wife. Each time we visited the dealership we got great customer service with no sales pressure at all and we got great deals each time with no hassle. The first car we purchased was from Rossi Benavente. The next two cars were leased from Victor Centeno. The were both professional, respectful, friendly, mellow, knowledgable, helpful, and efficient. When they did not have the color we wanted, Victor drove to Huntington Beach to get us a car in the color we wanted. During the last purchase, the owner took the time to introduce himself and to thank us for our business. They even served us lunch. The service department has also done a great job for us. More
