I had the pleasure of speaking with Jim over the phone while shopping around for a MX-5 Miata and he gave me a price that would be considered "legal theft". I walk in as the last customer of the evening and I was warmly greeted by Jim and the owner of the whole operation. They are the most genuine and honest gentlemen I have come across in any industry or business. Jim got straight to business (no funny business) and he went beyond what he promised on the phone. He offered us sandwiches (he must have a motherly side) and the numbers were accurate down to the penny. I signed papers and drove off with my lovely new 2017 Miata past 10pm and their professionalism and service did not crack. Did you ever have that feeling or experience when you're buying a car but you dont feel like you're buying a car? Yea, first time for me too. That's why I'm coming here from now on. P.S. When we were talking prices on the phone, Jim offered a price that I can't refuse but he also offered a kiss on the cheek. I went for the kiss and I ended up with a car. That's how I see it. I was supposed to accompany my friend with his car purchase but somehow I ended up with a brand new Miata and a great friend like Jim. It was just one of those days. More

Unlike many of the salesmen we had met, Robert was personable, not pushy, and truly cared about our wants and needs in a car. Robert spent a lot of time working with us, and stayed honest the entire time. The Nissan dealership was competing and giving me a lower leasing price, but instead of chasing me, Robert stayed at the lowest price that he had already offered, telling me that he wouldn't be able to go as low as Nissan. Based partly on the vehicle, and partly on the customer service and experience at both dealerships, I went with Mazda.. despite the difference in price. I am happy with my choice and look forward to the Saturday pancake breakfasts and quality service at the dealership for the next few years--and possibly more with my next lease. More

I'm still surprised at how easy it was to buy to my new car! I am still surprised at how easy and pleasant it was to buy a car from Tustin Mazda. After dealing with several dishonest Mazda dealers in the area wi I am still surprised at how easy and pleasant it was to buy a car from Tustin Mazda. After dealing with several dishonest Mazda dealers in the area with time wasting bait and switch offers, I called Josh Wheelan at Tustin. He gave me a great price that required no haggling, threats, extras, and all the other garbage I saw from several other dealers. We agreed on the price and financing over the phone. He sent it in writing via email. I drove in and left in with a new Mazda CX-5 in under an hour including the test drive, paperwork, financing, etc. It was the exact price promised in writing. It was BY FAR the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Their dealership is under construction currently, but even in temporary facilities, they were accommodating and had hot dogs. The way to my heart definitely begins with hot dogs... Thanks again, Josh. We really love our new Mazda. More
