My dad and I knew when we were ready to make a purchase we'd go back to Tustin Mazda as Robert was very friendly, not pushy in any way and made sure to check in on us periodically to see how the return of my Ford was going. During the purchasing process he was personal to talk about what we enjoy doing and did everything he could to match the price a different dealership gave me for the same car. We really appreciate working with Robert and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new car! More

Frankly, it was one of if not the most pleasant and positive buying experiences I’ve had. From the time you reached out over the phone to the time I left your Hyundai store after turning in my Elantra, everything went very smooth. From the beginning, I told you what I was trying to accomplish and though you certainly didn’t promise me anything over the phone, you told me that you’d do what you could to help me. And working with Eric Casillas, we were able to get a deal done that was fair and equitable to all and met my goals. Thanks Eric for all your assistance. That you are so knowledgeable about the CX-5 was very impressive and helpful. In my experience, you went over and above in explaining and demonstrating the features of my new car. Maybe this is what all dealers are supposed to do, but from my experience, they don’t. Debbie Ivie in finance was a joy to work with. I expected the hard sell of a bunch of stuff I probably don’t need. Though Debbie did show me what options were available to include in the deal, not for a moment did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy. Debbie did her part with professionalism, grace and a sense of humor. My interaction and experience with her was informative, pleasant and fun. After the deal was done at Mazda, we headed over to your Hyundai store to turn in my Elantra. Cedric Thomas made me feel very welcome and the experience so seamless and easy; I was pleasantly surprised how quickly we were finished. That you maintained your availability to me throughout the process was very much appreciated. I can’t think of a single time when you didn’t answer my questions and address my concerns And when you didn’t have the answers, you got them for me in very short order. We started with their representative in Internet Sales, Chance, emailing and texting about the car we wanted and negotiating a price, from the comfort of our living room. We ended with our purchase of a 2018 Mazda CX5 in their showroom with the Internet sales manager, Jim Feinstein. The whole process was remarkably relaxed and yes, even pleasurable. Jim is very low key: No annoying upselling, or running back and forth to some unseen "manager"...just a straightforward exchange of information for the financing, and congenial conversation while the paperwork was prepared. Jim did a great job of explaining all the new features of the car, and even got my contacts loaded from my phone onto the car's bluetooth system, and programmed some navigation commands for me while we were waiting. Best Mazda dealer (of several) in Orange County we contacted in buying this car. I'd recommend Tustin Mazda to anyone! More

He didn't try to upsell me or anything like that. He went above and beyond for my girlfriend and I. Walked through the entire features of the car, programmed the phone into the car, even bought snacks for us because we drove over 40 miles just to see him. He straight up and honest with us, and treated me like I was his own kid and that made the experience incredibly reassuring and headache-free. Gave us an incredible deal on a new 2018 CX5. Hands down, the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend Jim to anyone and everyone. More

He was very personable and treated me well from the moment I first stepped on the lot to when I was ready to make a purchase. Before we test drove the 2018 Mazda CX 5, he gave me a full walk through of the car, which I really appreciated since I knew nothing about Mazda or the car. I test drove a few cars at different dealerships that day, but my test drive experience with Frog was the most memorable. It felt like I was driving with a friend going for a joy ride. He had great energy and I could tell he was an all around genuine guy that was honest with his customers. After test driving the CX 5, I spent a week researching online and gathering quotes from different dealerships. I received a good quote from a local dealer participating in the Costco Auto Program, but the dealership in particular did not have the best reviews and was known to "play tricks" with their customers so I did not jump on the deal with them. I chose Tustin Mazda instead because they had better reviews and my customer experience with Frog had made a great impression on me. Frog was able to get me in a few days later. I presented the same Costco Auto quote to the team and Tustin Mazda was able to offer me a great deal! The best part was after all the paperwork was signed when I blasted Kendrick Lamar through the Bose speakers of my NEW Mazda CX5 and jammed out with Frog!! I will definitely buy from him again. More
