Not only did Chance answer all of my questions completely and honestly, but he was able to answer all of my Fathers questions (he works in the automotive industry). As a family this is the 6th car buying experience- some luxury some not. Out of the six, Chance gave us the most enjoyable buying experience. He never pressured us, answered all questions, and navigated 3 different personality types seamlessly.
